Daisy was a fantastic guide! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. The cooking class was a lot of fun. Highly recommend!
I had the best time cooking with Daisy! I really enjoyed visiting the local market to experience daily life in Hanoi and see where everyone procures fresh vegetables, meat and seafood. I have little experience cooking and with the team work and instruction I had a seamless time creating local dishes. The food tasted amazing and we had a great lunch. Highly recommend!
The experience was very good, patient, meticulous and the finished food delicious. The process is easy and perfect for a relaxing day on a tight itinerary. Then there will be a better understanding of the local food and easier tasting of the food afterwards. It's about keeping your stomach empty, it's a lot of volume, or you're going to die.
Daisy was a great guide and host
We had a great afternoon with Chef Dragon and Daisy . The food was delicious and a fun experience for a hot afternoon in Hanoi. Walking to the markets and buying food was interested.

We cooked 3 x main dishes which we chose out of around 10 x dishes. The walk around the markets was enjoyable. I would recommend this cooking experience, it was so much fun with Daisy and Dragon.
Our cooking class with Dragon and Daisy was terrific! We got to eat our meals afterwards. The market shopping experience was also fun!
Had a lovely morning doing this cooking class. Daisey was lovely and quite funny. Its amazing to watch Dagon, the chef do his thing. Made it look super simple. Would recommend, especially if it's a rainy day.... like ours was.
We had a great time at the cooking class! The walk through the market was fascinating and Daisy pointed out all the different foods. The cooking portion was easy to follow and it was nice to be in an air conditioned room to do it. Overall a great experience to learn some traditional Vietnamese recipes!
