The staff, Thai , Van Anh, Hieu , Phuong , andrew were amazing. They are very accommodating and nothing was too much for them.
I booked a cruise with Amanda Cruise and requested a transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay as an add-on at booking, with payment to be arranged later as instructed. It's now been over a week and I've had no response confirming the transfer, despite reaching out by email, WhatsApp, and phone, including direct attempts to contact my assigned point of contact. For a service that requires advance logistics — pickup time and location — this lack of confirmation is becoming a real concern as the trip date approaches. Three separate channels going unanswered for a week suggests this isn't a one-off oversight. I'll update this review based on how it's resolved, but as it stands, communication has been a significant problem.
