The experience was really amazing! The flowers , buildings, and walks. There was endless amounts of flowers and endless amounts of pictures to take to! I suggest to go on your vacation.
It was a long day but our guide Dan made it very enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything relating to Vancouver. The only note I would make is to eat before you ride back to Vancouver if possible. The ferry was very busy and the food was not good.
This was such an incredible experience. We learned so much from our guide and enjoyed the free time to explore. Definitely worth the cost.

GREAT tour! Senan was wonderful, kind, and funny! Gardens were gorgeous and Victoria was fun! The Bard and Banker was great and reasonably priced during happy hour in Victoria. The ferry ride was nice as well!

or 13-hour bus tour of Victoria and bouchard guards was outstanding. it started with viators employee. Linda, finding some problems with their booking and helping me correct them, much appreciated. flight was delayed, and viator and the tour operator helped us change the date to the following day. And finally, I can't say enough good things about Pacific coach tour guide Dan. he managed to drive that tour bus through challenging conditions, and provided and entertaining and informative talk as we rode. Dan is truly a treasure for Vancouver and Pacific coach. Victoria, and especially Butchart gardens, were awesome!

Our tour guide/driver Dan was so engaging and informative. We didn’t notice the time because he made a long trip seem so short because of his scenic drive and engaging commentary. I was blown away by The Butchart Gardens! You could spend an entire day there. Absolute beauty everywhere you look. We used Pacific coach tours to get there from Vancouver and they are super professional, we also used them for a Whistler day trip and highly recommend the company. The coach is comfortable, the driver is highly educated and entertaining, providing excellent tips. The one thing I didn’t realize before we went is how much time is spent actually traveling. We had about three hours at the gardens and had to book it through there to see the whole thing, which I’m not sure we actually did. And then the time you spend in the city of Victoria isn’t really enough time to do anything meaningful. We had dinner and it was time to get back on the bus. I recommend staying at least overnight on Vancouver Island, there is so much more to do there and it’s beautiful! But if you’re in Vancouver and only have a day Pacific coaches the way to go.

Though it was a long day, it was great! Deon was excellent bus driver and tour guide. He didn’t lead any walks or tours but gave excellent information, suggestions and clear instructions. There was a bus issue but he handled it for us and we didn’t miss the ferry.
