Most impressed by our driver/guide, Andrea. She is knowledgeable, told us good stories and pointed out the points of interest. She is also attentive. She offered to help as well as found solutions to any possible issues.
It is an all day event. The bus is comfortable, the ferry has good facilities, the gardens are amazing and Victoria has great little pubs and happy hours with outside seating. Walk a little ways away from the waterfront for less congestion and better prices.
Fabulous but a very long day. The gardens are amazing and we were lucky enough to have 2 hours there to wander around. Also had plenty of time to sightsee in Victoria.
It was a great day, Butchart gardens were absolutely beautiful, and we had a great time in Victoria. The logistics of the tour worked well, with us being smoothly picked up and dropped off back at our hotel
This a very long, but worthwhile trip to Victoria. My husband and I are seniors and it was exhausting at the end of the day. We would highly recommend to others.
It was just too long of a day at our age. Shorten the time at Bucherr Gardens and the time allotted for downtown Victoria. Jessica, our driver/guide was GREAT!
Awesome. Tour guide Bobby made it a great day out and made sure we saw a few extra bits off the usual path, this was fun! Butchart Gardens are beautiful and well worth exploring.

This excursion was way, way too long. Long bus ride to the ferry, long bus ride back. We expected up to 12 hours, turned out to be more like 13. Also, we were told to be ready at the hotel entrance at 8:00 am, but the bus didn't show up until after 8:30. Also, I think the side trip to downtown Victoria was a waste of time. The gardens are the attraction.
