Este es un recorrido completo en catamarán hacia Isla Mujeres donde pasaremos un día increíble, abordaremos el Catamarán desde nuestro punto de encuentro en la zona hotelera Cancun, de ahí navegaremos hacia Isla Mujeres y en el camino nos detendremos en un arrecife para hacer snorkel Con todo el equipo incluido, luego podremos hacer un spinnaker y disfrutar de una barra libre de bebidas nacionales a bordo del catamarán, llegaremos a Isla Mujeres y llegaremos a nuestro exclusivo beach club donde tendremos todas las facilidades para relajarnos en la mejor playa de la zona y disfrutaremos de un delicioso almuerzo buffet con deliciosos platillos, al final tendremos tiempo para caminar por la isla y descubrir la belleza de este lugar. El recorrido comienza desde el punto de encuentro ubicado en la Zona Hotelera de Cancún, la dirección es Marina Chac Chi kilómetro 3.2, allí el Catamarán sale todos los días a las 9:30 a.m.
Este es un recorrido completo en un Catamarán a Isla Mujeres, aquí pasaremos un día lleno de diversión y aventura, primero comenzaremos a bucear en uno de los arrecifes de Isla Mujeres, nuestros guías le proporcionarán todo el equipo necesario para disfrutar esta actividad, luego podemos hacer el Spinnaker, una actividad diseñada para volar sobre el mar caribe, en todo momento disfrutaremos de nuestra barra libre de bebidas nacionales y cuando lleguemos a isla mujeres tendremos acceso a nuestro club de playa donde disfruta de un delicioso buffet y todo lo que necesitas para pasar un día increíble en la mejor playa de la Riviera Maya

The excursion is pretty basic, is not worth 85 USD. Read the details carefully, we paid 20 USD at booking, then additional 65 at the marina - i was expecting additional 20-30 USD. The snorkelling was all in all 15 min - the instructions and fear mongering was longer. Note, children under 12 and adults over 60 are not allowed to go snorkelling - we had one really disappointed 9 year old. The ride is really short (no alcoholic drinks on the way to the island), we arrived at isla mujeres north beach, then we cattled into the restaurant, where the lunch was very basic - but very tasty, the drinks not great. Then we had 4 hours on the island, be prepared to pay 30 USD for a beach chair and an umbrella - for 2 hours only. We were a family of 3 adults 2 children, we paid in total 400 USD , and we should have just taken the ferry to the island, and then spend our money on actual good food and drinks. The staff and crew on the boat were really great and fun. Overall, in my opinion not worth the money, next time i would just take the ferry.
Dear Ralitsa: The chairs and umbrellas in our beach club are feee you went to a different beach club when you explore the island in your free time, the restriction of age for the snorkel its security reasons make by the authorities not us , also it’s described in the tour
We did not get to do any activities and did not get lunch. It was storming badly. But now they refuse to give a refund. I literally wasted money for no reason.
The service was treat the guy crew was nice and friendly. Even the food they serve is pretty good. Make sure you’re a drinker because they will offer you a lot of drinks. The ride was smooth.
