Amazing immersion experience The location can be a bit hard to find, but when you enter the cellar you experience its old world charm and ambiance. Our host was very attentive and entertaining. The fusion menu was more than we could eat and plenty to drink.
A very personal dining experience with lovely food and great staff. We had what turned out to be a private dining experience at Chief's restaurant. We loved the food, the stories; around a wonderful treat.

I was looking for an alternative to a traditional food tour and this was exactly what I hoped it would be. A chef-inspired private dinner where the chef interacts with guests to describe each course and the taste experience he hoped guests would have. Four creative, delicious food courses with wine pairings. Fun to meet new people and share a dinner with them. Chef Jean Yves is a wonderful host and a terrific chef - highly recommend!
The food was absolutely outstanding! We had a group of 7 and had a wonderful experience. I would book this again upon my next return. The ambiance couldn’t be better! The chef and his sous chef were extremely communicative and personable.

Food was phenomenal. The chef and sous chef were fantastic. The chef's gastronomic knowledge and exciting personality made the time spent refreshing. Great ambience. The majority of the group stayed an extra hour or more after the experience was over because the chef was so entertaining and the food was so good.
It was a wonderful experience. The chef took his time to explain how he prepared all the meal and the ingredients that he put in the food. Paired with the wine that they picked out, the evening was outstanding!
Chef Jean is very friendly and personable. The food he cooks is inventive, fresh and highly delicious! It is an intimate experience in a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend this experience to all foodies and/or food adventurers.
Do not miss this incredible dining experience- what a way to celebrate our anniversary! Each course was more magical than the previous, culminating in a dessert than can never be topped.
