We made it to the tomb and Army Museum and the entry gates were closed. We arrived promptly at 3 pm (the time of our tickets), and found several other groups waiting/wondering why nobody could get in. With no explanation from Viator or anybody at the site, we were upset to miss out on an experience we were all looking forward to. We understand that with the intense weather in Europe right now things are subject to change for the safety of all, but some form of explanation would’ve been nice so we could adjust our scheduling!
We’re very sorry that the gates were closed and no explanation was provided. We understand how disappointing it was to miss an experience you had planned for. Thank you for your feedback we’ll work to ensure schedule changes are communicated more clearly.
The museum is very nice but the WWI & II section seemed a bit disjointed, esp with the construction. Having to show your tix for every section was a little different as well.
Dear Sir Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to know you found the museum very nice and enjoyed the overall visit. Regarding the World War I and II section, some areas may occasionally be affected by ongoing maintenance, renovation work, or updated exhibition arrangements by the venue, which can temporarily impact the flow of the experience. As for ticket checks in different sections, this is part of the museum’s internal access and security procedures to manage visitor movement and ensure smooth operations. These policies are controlled directly by the venue. We appreciate the valuable feedback and thank you for your understanding.
After calling and texting multiple times, I could not find the tour guide nor were there any instructions. This was a complete scam! Do not order from this tour!
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to clarify that this is not a scam, and all services were arranged properly. We had already shared complete details with the customer, including meeting point and instructions via WhatsApp. We are available on calls and messages, and we respond to all customer queries. However, sometimes delays can occur due to network issues or high volume, but we always ensure proper support. In many cases, customers may arrive at a different location or miss the exact meeting point, which can create confusion. We always provide clear instructions in advance to avoid such situations. We take this matter seriously and are ready to investigate further. Kindly share more details so we can check internally and assist accordingly. Kind Regards Dream Fly Tourism LLC
Purchased tickets on line but never received tickets that were usable at the museum. The ticket office required tickets with bar code. Tried calling two phone numbers in emailed receipt from Viator but never answered the phone. Also didn’t response to What’s App message. Lost my money since we had to purchase new tickets at the ticket office ( at nearly 1/2 cost of purchasing thru Viator)
Dear Guest, We are really sorry for all the inconvenience caused and for the experience you had. Please note that your tickets were shared with you in the Viator chat with the barcode required for entry. We also tried to contact you on WhatsApp to assist you and make sure you received the tickets on time. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time. We truly regret the confusion and inconvenience caused during your visit. Your feedback is very important to us and we sincerely apologize for the situation. Kind regards.

Good time had while having travels once in a while had very good trip after so much long time it was really amazing vibe thank you so much such a great experience
The area in which the tomb is house is so striking, you can’t miss seeing it from afar and it makes you wonder what it is (if you don’t already know). The detailing on the dome is incredible and the gold so vibrant, especially when the sun is shining. We missed going in due to time limitations.
My Viator ticket and forwarding email failed at Napoleon’s tomb and Grand Armee museum. The bar code failed at multiple attempts; museum personnel were not amused.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our team provided valid tickets, but sometimes barcode scanners at the venue can face technical issues. We’ll review this with the operator to ensure smoother entry for future guests.
We visited the historic building that used to be a military hospital with the goal of seeing Napoleon’s tomb. We also visited the chapel and admired many elaborately decorated military tombs. There are also many military artifacts spanning the last several centuries. We purchased tickets in advance and skipped the long line to walk right in.
It is located under the golden dome of the Palais des Invalides in Paris. Admission is for a fee and also gives you access to visit the weapons museum. The red granite sarcophagus sits in a large oculus on the ground, forcing visitors to lean in to see it. It's spectacular, awesome. We bought the tickets the same day at the box office.
