This was such a great experience! The pick up was a little rough- but once we got on the tour bus, it was amazing! Our tour guide was great and fun. Very knowledgeable. Length of the trip was perfect! It was worth what we paid and then some. It was also perfect because there were only 3 couples, so it was an intimate setting! Would definitely recommend!
Poor communication at the beginning, they do not explain the dynamic, they take you to a place and do not tell you anything. You have to wait for more people to arrive. It is a waste of time at the beginning. As for the activities, it is fine, it feels very rushed but just enough to manage to enjoy everything.
There was a long wait to be able to start the tour, they did not introduce themselves, they did not give instructions at the beginning, we felt blind and bewildered. There was no customer service.
Nice tour, attentive guide, helpful and explains well the Mayan history excellent food
Jorge and Ephraim were the best part of the tour, and my family will remember this experience forever. Jorge explained everything really well in both English and Spanish and was so funny he made the 3 hours fly by. We learned a lot from this tour and we’re still able to have an amazing time. Ephraim was very helpful as well and always made sure we had drinks and were comfortable. He even spoke Mayan to us which was an unbelievably cool experience. They even offered blankets after the cold Cenote. BB the English tour guide was super informative and if I ever come back I will hope to tour with him again. Overall this tour exceeded my expectations and we got far more than what we paid for:)
Very good, the service from the guys was nice
They picked us up before the agreed time, the box lunch was very deficient, and I regret to say that the worst sandwich I have ever tried was on this tour. Even though we had the deluxe package, we were given seats at the back of the vehicle next to the air conditioning, which they told us not to adjust despite it being excessively cold. This caused us to still feel cold after the cenote, and the next day we woke up with sore throats. It is worth mentioning that there were two elderly people in our group, putting their health at risk. We will return to Cancun, but we would not take this tour again. As for the guide, he was very good; my compliments to Josue.
The tour was a fantastic experience across the around Tulum and Cancún, I had a great time with my family seeing the ancient Mayan ruins as well as taking photos of a lake cave. Thank you for Ave bus driver José. Katarzyna Jaworski
