Beautiful experience overall. The driver pick us up promptly by getting in touched with us along the way. And you get a fancy van waiting for you at the airport, like you would normally experience on a luxury ride.

Booked an airport pick up. Instructions given was very clear on where the pick up point is. They even had a video for it. Once we checked in with the greeter, we waited for 3 mins n was accompanied to our van. Van was clean n driver was friendly. A great start to our visit to Istanbul!

Expected 40 minute drive took 90 minutes due to different route used than suggestion by the navigation apps.
First of all, I was very saddened to read your comment. Since Istanbul is a metropolitan city, we can't predict when traffic will be bad. Yes, it's true, your journey from the airport to your hotel normally takes 40 minutes, but if there's traffic, it can take up to 2 hours. The car and driver were great once they arrived. We had trouble finding the contact at the airport. I would have been expecting to see a sign with my name on. We made contact via WhatsApp and he took us to wait for the driver.
