The driver of the service was great, and that's why they are getting their stars. He was prompt to pick us up, and he got us to the address we provided in a timely and safe manner. We found out after being dropped off that Norwegian had given us the wrong drop off address. We started walking to the correct cruise terminal, and as we were getting closer, the same driver saw us and picked us up again and dropped us off. It was not his fault, and he went the extra mile to pick us up the second time when he didn't have to do it. I appreciated his effort, and his willingness to take us the last 1/2 km to the port. I would recommend their service, just make sure your cruise company gives you the correct address.

Excellent experience, easy to navigate, driver was exactly where they were supposed to be, totally worth it! Car was very comfortable and our driver, Nazar, was very welcoming and talkative about Helsinki. Highly recommend!
