First of all, I should have done this review last April. These folks were great. Communication between us was top-notch - we used WhatsApp - never had a problem. They had to wait for us longer than expected at Orly airport, but they waited very patiently - again, communication was the key. We used their service from Orly to the Marais area - then to Charles de Gaulle when we departed for the US. They were early each time, communicated wonderfully, and got us where we needed to be in plenty of time. Very friendly - safe drivers. Couldn't ask for a better, more professional experience.

Samantha and her husband, Assan were wonderful drivers to and from CDG Airport in Paris.. The traffic was very heavy on both trips, but each of them maneuvered the van with skill and calmness during the individual trips.. We were impressed! Both drivers were punctual and drove us to our destinations in a timely manner. Samantha even took our luggage into the airport and directly to the Air France gate. Assan and Samantha were friendly and helpful, and we wholeheartedly recommend Viator!
Our flight was delayed and the driver patiently waited 1 1/2 hours for us to get into CDG. The van was clean, the driver was friendly and the AC was a welcome treat in the 90 plus degree Paris heat wave.
Excellent transfer experience all around— communication, professionalism; and flexibility. Highly recommend!
