Cuando llegue al Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez, reúnase con su conductor profesional, quien lo llevará a su vehículo de traslado con aire acondicionado y lo llevará cómodamente a su hotel en la Ciudad de México. O del hotel al aeropuerto. Al realizar una reserva, deberá indicar los detalles de su alojamiento y vuelo. we scheduled a airport pickup service paid US $88. When we arrived at the airport no one showed up to pickup. After 45 minutes we contacted the customer service and they couldn’t help. Had to take Taxi which h was half the cost and right away. Trying to get refund, let see how it goes.
This was a private airport transfer that requires mandatory flight arrival details in order to coordinate the correct pickup. Despite multiple messages sent prior to your arrival via the booking platform and WhatsApp, we never received your flight information. Without those details, it is not possible to schedule or position the driver at the airport. A private unit was reserved exclusively for your booking, but the service could not be operated due to the missing required information.
My driver was there on time no waiting. He spoke very good English and advised me about a local taco shop around the corner from my hotel that was much less than dining at the hotel.

We were glad that this night time service was available, since we needed to be picked up at 3:00am for our early morning flight. Upon receiving the confirmation on the app, I noticed that the drop off location was incorrect. Through the text service on the app, after some back and forth, the location was updated to the correct drop off which was the Mexico City International Airport. Our driver arrived 10 minutes early and called me to inform me of his arrival. He was very attentive and got us to the airport safely and on time.

Driver was friendly and punctual. We were surprised at the condition of the vehicle. The car wasn’t very clean (car parts and dog hair) and smelled of wet dog which may not bother others but we have several pet allergies. It was a quick trip and we opened a window.

This is a scam. You hook to be picked up at the airport and when the car does not arrive where you are to be picked up they claim somehow the airport you booked a pick up from is outside the service area and won’t refund. Do not use. This is either a scam or just incredibly poor customer service. Sad that Viator won’t offer better service

Unfortunately, your arrival at a different airport — which is not within the service area — resulted in a no-show, as the service could not be delivered outside the specified parameters. We are always transparent with our service details and strive to provide clear and reliable information to avoid misunderstandings. While we regret that this caused inconvenience, we respectfully maintain that the service was booked and handled according to the terms listed.

Our driver was super courteous. We were stuck at custom for more than 40 mins at 330am but he still waited for us and greeted us very friendly. Spoke English and definitely felt welcomed and safe.
