Our flight was delayed by one hour but the driver was there when we left Customs. He was very friendly and the car was clean. We used the same company from the airport and to the airport and the operator contacted us during our stay to confirm our departure.

third class service never use again for god sake terrible experience they left us stranded of middle of nowhere
Dear Sumeen, Thanks for your review but please share the full story. We advised you that the pick up was 930am. You wanted the van earlier and we said we do our best. You sent whatsapp to our manager in Phuket. We arrived at the hotel at 858am and looking for you. Reception said you checked out. We then called you and you did not pick up the phone. we waited in the lobby. YOU replied at 09.52AM saying you have another vehicle and you are on the way to the Airport. Our guide was still at the hotel. At no point did we strand you. You took another vehicle! We have proof including your whats app messages and also pictures of the guide in the hotel lobby. We traveled from the US to Thailand and two of our flights were delayed so we arrived in Thailand past our pick up time. We could not notify the people in charge of our transfer until we landed in Singapore and they said it was too late (pick up was 2hrs before we notified them of the delay) and they labeled us as a “no-show.” They did not offer to send another car for extra or free. We ended up having to book another agency. They communicated quickly; that’s a plus. Just be certain of your arrival time and hope for no delays. 😬
Dear Guest, Thanks for your review but we have to also add that you never emailed us, called us once youw when knew that your flight had changed. For your original flight we sent the guide, who waited 2 hours and then left the Airport. We understand that flights are delayed and this is fine BUT when a flight number is completely different from what you have booked, we would not know unless you the customer inform us. Our team reached out to you many times as you say but if you change the flight then you have to contact us even by email so we can change, Thanks, Nick
This is a Highly recommended transfer to the Hotel with a nice and clean vehicle with cool air con. We made a mistake and waited at the wrong entrance but I Asia Thailand guide called us to see where we were.
