The transfer service could not have been better. Simona was able to monitor and adjust our pickup when we were delayed by bad weather. The vehicles are immaculate and the driver was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Highly recommend Viator but this trip was a little off. It was excellent to have clean reliable transportation for our group and the driver got us straight to port with no delays. He was an excellent driver. Our complaint comes by having a driver who did not speak English. When we were loading suitcases we had issues telling him which ones we wanted off last. (Had to find hotel employee to speak to him in Spanish.) When we got to the port he left us to get all the cases to a porter and did not try to help us find one. This was a bit of a surprise. He seemed in a big hurry to just drop us and our bags and leave. This is not the normal Viator service.

I must admit I was quite surprised by this review, especially since the service you booked was a simple private point-to-point transfer from your hotel to the cruise port. This type of service does not require extensive communication between the driver and passengers, as its purpose is to provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation to the designated cruise terminal. Throughout the entire booking process, I made myself personally available to assist you before, during, and after the service. If at any point there had been a communication difficulty, a simple phone call or message would have allowed me to step in immediately and assist with anything you needed. As you mentioned, the vehicle was clean, the driver was professional, and he even arrived at your hotel ahead of the scheduled pickup time to ensure your group departed smoothly and reached the port without any delays. Regarding the luggage, the driver assisted with both loading and unloading your suitcases and left them in the designated, safe, and authorized passenger drop-off area at PortMiami. The transportation service concludes at that point. It does not include transporting luggage beyond the authorized drop-off area or locating a porter, as those services are provided by PortMiami and the individual cruise lines, not by private transportation companies. I was especially disappointed to read that the fact the driver did not speak perfect English was considered a negative aspect of the service. Miami is one of the most multicultural cities in the United States, with a predominantly bilingual community, where many outstanding professionals speak Spanish as their first language while using English to the extent required for their work. At Waootours, we select our drivers based on their professionalism, safety, punctuality, and dedication to our guests—not on whether they speak perfect English. We firmly believe that language should never be a reason to diminish someone's professionalism or commitment to their work. While I sincerely respect your opinion, I believe it is important to clarify the scope of the service that was booked and to note that it was delivered exactly as agreed. Manny, the driver, and Simona, the owners were great the entire time! Everything was on-time and seamless, especially considering we had a group of eight. We used Wahoo Tours from the airport to hotel, hotel to the cruise port, and cruise port to airport. My wife accidentally left her cellphone on the van at the cruise terminal and it was cheerfully returned a few minutes later. I would definitely recommend Wahoo Tours to anyone traveling to Miami.
