We could not have been happier with the service we received from Xing Jian. His service from the beginning of the trip to other arrival at the hotel was superb. And, he provided us with souvenirs, a snack and water!!! Thanks again Xing Jian.
The driver texted me in advance. He confirmed my flight arrival time and said he would be waiting when we exited. He offered us water when got to his car. Upon arrival at the hotel he brought in our luggage and waited until we were able to check in. Great service!

The driver was very nice. He helped us with luggage and tried to give us information along the way about Beijing. However, the car’s interior was worn out with the leather upholstery peeling off and a little messy and dirty. I was disappointed.
Wonderful man was on time waiting for us water immediately when in the car was exceptional and he made sure we were into and had our booking in the hotel highly recommend
My driver was there at the airport arrivals gate waiting for me. He had already messaged me a couple of hours earlier. This was reassuring. He was very courteous and helpful and even escorted me right into the hotel reception desk.
The tour office got in touch about 1 week before. And I had a message from the driver when I turned on my phone after landing. Everything worked out wonderfully. He was very friendly and helpful, he took my luggage from me and brought me to the car, where a bottle of water was already prepared for me. We drove to my hotel, during the trip we communicated via Google Translate, where he helped me with the luggage and stayed with me until I could check in. Everything went smoothly, a very good organization of the service.
I wouldn’t book this. While the driver was friendly, the vehicle smelled like smoke. The biggest downside was on the way to the hotel, the driver asked if I’d like to stop for tea. Thinking we would go to a small tea shop, I agreed. When taken in i was greeted with a tea ceremony, which after they tried selling $3,000 worth of tea (only three cans). I looked this up afterwards and it’s a big scam they play on tourist. I’d suggest getting a premium DiDi from the airport, you’ll get there faster, cheaper and less smelly.
Had a seamless experience with airport pickup for our flight that arrived in Beijing Daxing airport close to midnight. Xing Jian Jie sent us regular communication ahead of our flight and how we could find him. He tracked our flight and was there waiting for us. He was super friendly and kept us highly entertained on the drive through the translate app. Highly recommend using this company and Xing Jian for first timers to china
Driver is friendly and very knowledgeable. He drives very good. He is also very punctual and waiting with a clear signboard.
