Punto de salida: Una vez que hayas recogido tu equipaje, el conductor te estará esperando en la sala de llegadas situada fuera de la zona de clientes, con una hoja con el nombre del cliente en la mano. Indicaciones: Si llegas a la Terminal 1, tu conductor estará en la Oficina de Correos. Si llegas a la Terminal 2, tu conductor te estará esperando en el punto de Información de Aena situado bajo una sombrilla verde. Si llegas a la Terminal 4, tu conductor te estará esperando en la Sala de Llegadas (Bar Bareto Madrid).

Pick up booked - confirmed - no pick up. After several calls and text I get a text back that confirmation was done due to a glitch in the system. Please take a cab!

We did not take this ride, our luggage was delayed and therefore the driver had to leave. We took a cab instead.

Everything was seamless, the driver was waiting for us with a sign right outside of the arrivals hall doors. He was polite and very accommodating of our luggage. Perfect sized vehicle to accommodate a family of 4.

After long flight it was nice to have someone waiting for you to transfer you to your stay. We were a party of 6 and the van accommodated all our luggage’s without any problems.

Driver on time and made himself very easy to locate when arriving at airport. Nice clear big sign for communication. Friendly, helpful.
