Everything went very well. The price, communication, on time and professionalism were good. The driver was Griselda who was very nice and took good care of us.
The driver never showed up. There was no communication from driver or company. I recommend you use a different company.
I enjoyed the total tour, the patience of the guide and his knowledge. He showed how much he loves his profession.
We wait a long time for the pick-up. There was a host to meet us but the driver was held up because of traffic she said.
Good alternative. Fairly priced, the staff is very attentive and punctual. It is usually equal to or below the price of Uber ride or purchased at the same airport.
The customer should have been given the driver’s correct number. POL233298_POL233299 activity provider POLITTAN. Non of these numbers worked. I had to go through customs and collect my baggage. By the time I got to where the taxi drivers were there was no one there to pick me up. I had to pay more money out-of-pocket to get to my destination. I want to be reimbursed immediately for the money I paid to be picked up at the airport and I want to hear from you as soon as possible.
Do NOT be tricked. This is not private transfer. For those who prefer convenience and private transfers when traveling internationally, don’t be fooled by this company’s explanation. The vans show up and pick up several passengers at various locations even though you paid beforehand for private. Pictures on here look nothing like what shows up to pick you up. The drivers tell you they know you paid for private but there’s nothing they can do about it.
This service was bad. The first pickup from airport to my hotel was fine, ignoring of course the dented and generally poor quality of the vehicle. At least the guy was nice. But the trip back to the airport was problematic. The driver asked if we were fine with him picking up someone else. I said we booked a private transport. He said the company told him to make pickups so he proceeded to make 2 stops to pick up extra guests while we waited and got delayed getting to the airport. So apparently we paid extra for a private transport for nothing since they decided to capitalize and get more pay via more customers anyway. That’s just bad business!

Viator should remove this company from their app. Don’t waste your money booking. I paid for private transport and when I was picked up from my hotel to the airport they made 2 stops to get other people and when we told him we paid for private he told me sorry about that but the company wanted him to pick up . I could have missed my flight. The cars are old and uncomfortable. They don’t communicate well on WhatsApp and you have to remind them about the details of the trip you booked with them. The trip from the airport to the hotel was not bad but don’t get fooled because this is what happened to me and I thought my round trip travel was going to be the same. Wait until the end before you write a review. There are many bad reviews about this company on Viator and I should have paid attention.
