Nota importante: 1. Cuando aterrices y después de recoger tus maletas, es importante que nos dejes saber. Por favor diríjase al área de servicios de transporte precontratado (área de plataformas). * Terminal 2 (Llegadas nacionales) - Welcome Bar * Terminal 2 (Llegadas internacionales) - Welcome Bar * Terminal 3 - Margaritaville Bar * Terminal 4 - Welcome Bar 2. Su conductor asignado está estacionado a unos 5 - 10 minutos de la zona de plataformas. 3. Cuando nos notifique, le pediremos a su conductor que ingrese al área de la plataforma. 4. The driver never showed up and no one answered their customer service phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Do not use.
The immigration line at the Cancun was very very long due to there system problems. We were stuck there for nearly 2hrs and 30mins. By the time we came the transportation left and when I called them there was no answer. We were stuck at the airport and had to pay double the money to reach our hotel

At the airport, we waited for two and a half hours and the agency couldn't get through, so we paid 110 dollars and took a taxi. I'm so angry!

Our driver was exceptionally nice and friendly. We waited about 20 minutes to get picked up upon landing.
