He kept in contact with me as our plane was delayed and was very nice. The van was real nice and clean.
It was chaotic at first, thank goodness the driver message me and gave me instructions on how to obtain a cab. Overall the driver was nice. The ride to the city center is about an hour.
Service was provided as offered and ordered. Everything worked perfectly. The information on where to find the service after the exit was clear.
I had a very disappointing experience with this transfer service. After I landed and contacted the company, I was directed to a waiting area and then left there without any clear communication about when my transfer would begin. I ultimately had to send a WhatsApp message to my original contact before someone came to escort me to the driver. The minivan itself was adequate, although it was older and the seats were noticeably worn. The most concerning part of the experience occurred at drop-off. The driver, who did not speak English, indicated that he could go no farther and told me via Google translate that my Airbnb was just around the corner. This was inaccurate, as I saw cars driving throughout the area. I was left to carry my luggage for approximately 20 minutes to reach the property on my own. Leaving a traveler who does not speak the language in an unfamiliar area without proper assistance was highly unprofessional and reflected a very poor standard of customer service. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend considering an alternative transportation option, such as Uber, if one is available.
Dear Sandy J Gomez, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do not drive into small streets in old city. It is not being possible to exit. Your airbnb was in a terrible neighbourhood for driving and walking. So we deopped you to the corner which is 15 meters. You should check this kind of places before you book. Also we always been in touch with you by whatsapp from this number +13474238100 and contact every second. We are taking our guests one by one. So we drop the guest before you, then we pick you and meet with driver. We are doing thousands of airport transfers and you may see we dropped them to their hotel. If the street is not good, we drop to the corner which is 15 meters.
Communication was great. Pickup directions were clear. Mercedes van was very clean and comfortable. Cold bottled water was provided. Would highly recommend!
