After booking a transfer for myself and one for my daughter the next day both rides were a no show! I waited outside for almost an hour after the agreed pick up time. Nowhere on the booking form or information sheet does it say you will be contacted via what’sapp to give them the information you already gave them while booking or they won’t show up! I called the contact number on the booking information six times and no one answered! How will they recognise us?! Well they would show up at the appointed time with a sign with our name on it like all of the other drivers had and we would see it and make ourselves known! My daughter (21) arrived very early in the morning and this was extremely stressful for her as she had no cash to pay for a cab. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL SERVICE!!!
Reservation the day before for a transfer to the airport at 4 in the morning. Exchange the day before on the site and then confirmation late in the evening on WhatsApp. It went very well

Communication was really good. Got a WhatsApp message the day before. Gave my landing details and he was present at the airport, the immigration was very swift and the plane even arrived early. The drop off to the hotel was smooth and not scary at all. Highly recommend airport transport.
