Paul was waiting for us as we cleared baggage claim. The vehicle was exceptionally clean. The driving through Paris traffic took quite a while, but that is Paris. This is an excellent and reliable car service.
Gilber was a great guy. Carried all of her bags for us, and made sure to contact me on WhatsApp to stay in touch while we waited for us
Jean-Claude was waiting for us in the arrivals area. He helped taking our luggage to his van. He clearly knew his way to our hotel. All in all, this was an excellent way to travel from the airport.

We were a long time getting through the new EES system but the driver was still there for us. Maybe you need to extend the wait time due to the new customs clearance 😊
Great way to get to Paris. The gentleman was waiting outside of the luggage area and grabbed our bags and escorted us out to his waiting vehicle with a water for each of us. It would be an even better deal if there were more than 2 travelers.
Prior to the trip, I exchanged emails with Zont Taxi.... Arthur responded and was very helpful. Our driver was at CDG airport waiting for us, he was very friendly and nice. Everything went very smooth. I would recommend this company.
We had an excellent experience with this private travel company during our trip in Paris. They picked us up from the airport and took us to our Airbnb right on time. The driver and team were very nice, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how helpful and flexible they were after the first ride. They helped us set up future transportation, including shuttle service to and from Disney Paris, and also arranged our ride from the Airbnb to the train station. I had to change the pickup time several times, and they were always patient, accommodating, and never made it feel like a problem. Overall, the service was excellent, reliable, and stress free. Communication was top notch, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing private transportation in Paris.
They communicated well throughout the process. When we experienced flight delays and had to come in at another time, they were gracious to accommodate us.
Driver was waiting for us with a sign when we came off our overnight flight from NYC. Unfortunately I left my phone in the car and it took me several hours, without the phone, to get into my TripAdvisor account for the contact info to ask them about it. About 24 hours later they found the phone and returned it to me for the price of the extra trip to my hotel - no surcharges. Merci beaucoup!
