Professional, courteous and on time. Excellent communication and safely transported my family to our hotel. Super easy to book and the driver was ready at the terminal, sign in hand.
The service was easy to use, the driver communicated ahead of time and throughout the service, and pick up was prompt. He assisted us with our luggage all the way, and upon arrival at our hotel, he helped us find the lobby area, which was located on the second floor. this was perfect. great communication in advance to arrange a meeting point. car was comfortable and clean. driver was polite and helpful. what a relief to be able to just relax while safely getting us and our luggage safely and quickly to our hotel when we were exhausted after a long travel day on our first trip to japan.
