Este es un transporte privado que lo llevará directamente a su hotel o destino en la franja hotelera de Cancún. estamos celebrando nuestro 5to aniversario y como muestra de agradecimiento por su preferencia obtendrá un tour de compras gratis a Cancún o Playa del Carmen. el recorrido gratuito se realizará en un día diferente al de su llegada. Se requiere reserva con 2 días de anticipación y está sujeto a disponibilidad. a su llegada obtendrá el número del ejecutivo que le atenderá para realizar su reserva Una vez que llegue al aeropuerto, recogerá su equipaje y luego pasará por la aduana y la inmigración. después de eso, pasarás por el pasillo y encontrarás la salida. por favor busque la salida de agencias de viajes y operadores turísticos. allí es donde encontrarás a nuestro personal esperándote con un cartel con tu nombre. nuestro personal lo dirigirá a la zona donde tenemos el vehículo que lo trasladará a su hotel.

En transporte compartido te agruparemos con otros clientes y haremos paradas en diferentes hoteles por favor no olvides llamarnos o enviarnos un mensaje de texto un día antes de tu salida. El servicio estará disponible a la hora que usted seleccione, y como cortesía, el vehículo esperará hasta 10 minutos después de la hora programada.

This company told me that they did not have our reservation confirmation number for pick up. Not wanting to not have a ride to the airport I made other arrangements. Several hours later, they reached out and said that we would be picked up at a certain time. However, I had already made other arrangements based on their previous communication. The people working for this tour company are not friendly and communicate incorrect information
Was not told during booking that we were going out of the hotel zone until we arrived and was sent a text to pay by link. This should have been advertised prior to booking. The advertisement shows low fares but they are not actually that low compared to others.
All was great! They contacted us promptly, met us, and took us to our hotel. Friendly and prompt service!!
Excellent service for a reasonable price. Our plane was delayed and a missed connection happened, but they were accomidating and got us to our hotel 6 hours after we were suppose to arrive! Great service thank you so much!

They were extremely responsive and when both of me and my friends flight were delayed, they waited over two hours for us and we’re still friendly
When I arrived I was told that the service doesn’t go to my resort that is in Cancun. I sent the address and Google Maps directions ahead of time and when I arrived at the airport I was told they couldn’t take me to my resort because of the location. The location is in the hotel zone in Cancun. I was confused. I was very dissatisfied
