So we needed transportation from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay because we were booking a two night stay at a resort as opposed to going to the cruise initially from Hanoi. We found this company and kudos to them for the great communication and planning confirmation of details, etc. driver was friendly and made us at the airport and whisked us away to you our resort at Ha Long Bay!

I booked this service and opted for the "Executive 4-seater Car" option. While the price point is a bit higher, the experience was absolutely worth every penny. The car was exceptionally smooth, quiet, and felt very sturdy even at high speeds on the highway. A huge standout for me was that the driver provided a child car seat for my nephew. This is a massive plus if you’re traveling with little ones and often hard to find with other providers. The driver was incredibly professional and cautious—a breath of fresh air compared to other transport services I’ve used in the past. I cannot recommend this company enough for their Door to door transport service . The car arrived on time, clean, comfortable and was efficient in a safe way . The owner was very responsive through WhatsApp and easy to communicate with answering any question we had. The Price was very reasonable compared to other companies I had looked into . Would use this company again next time we travel Vietnam
