I’m writing to share feedback regarding our recent airport transfer in Paris booked through your service. As first-time visitors, we were expecting a seamless and professional arrival experience, especially given the premium price point. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The driver arrived late, appeared unsure of the pickup process, and required us to walk an excessive distance with our luggage to locate the vehicle. After a long international flight, this was both frustrating and disappointing. Given the cost of the service, this level of execution was not aligned with expectations. In hindsight, we would have been better served arranging transportation directly through our five-star hotel. I would appreciate your review of this matter and consideration of a partial or full refund. Thank you for your attention to this.
