I had an absolutely terrible experience with this service. Upon arrival, there was no one with a name tag to assist, and phones weren’t being answered. After a lot of frustration, I finally got help from airport information and found out I wasn’t the only one left stranded—there were other tourists in the same situation. To make matters worse, the car I was given was far from what I ordered. It was not only low-class and smelly but also nowhere near the SUV I had specifically requested. This is a service I would strongly advise you to avoid

I was told our pick up would be waiting for us at the airport right after we exited baggage claim. we spent 10 minutes looking and finally located a woman with our name. She wasn't very friendly and we had to wait for other people on her list before she took all of us to a pick up zone and allocated us to a car. Driver was nice and drop off was easy
