Taxi did not show up and nobody called or answered any call. 8 people waited half an hour at the agreed pick-up point. So let us see whar Tripadvisor and Epic Tours will do...We have claimed a refund.
Our driver either never showed up or failed to contact us. We were a party of 8! We waited an hour at the designated airport location before deciding to take a taxi to our hotel. I received confirmation prior to our arrival but was never provided a name or telephone number of the driver. I attempted to call Epic tours supposedly available 24/7 but got a voicemail box. Emails were not answered until we were already at the hotel. I have since been notified that I will receive a full refund. I quest we will see. I would suggest that the customer receive more details about the driver/ pick up location and better contact information. Thank Goodness we found an extremely nice taxi driver who helped me try to contact both VIATOR and Epic before actually driving us to the hotel. And we hired him to return us to the airport at the end of our stay. The round trip fare will still be less than the one way fare I pre paid. Very disappointed
can only have been. Never picked us up from the airport, were not available for Get your Guide and me above ground. Also all other booked transports are in limbo because not reachable, and questionable appearance
Great pickup and transfer from Dublin airport to our hotel (6 passengers with a suitcase each and backpack, so lots of luggage). Van was clean and well maintained.
We never got to experience the airport pickup because of flight delays and lost luggage arrangements by our airlines in flying into Dublin from Paris. We were notified that our driver could not wait any longer and the car service could not send another driver. So we were left to fend for a taxis to take us from the Dublin Airport to our Dublin center B&B. So all the planning and expense went down the drain. We were disappointed in the car service not offering any other arrangements than “take a taxis”.
What a fantastic service. The driver Ricardo told me they'll be operating in multiple locations. We're going to be using this service everytime we can.
No phone number to call. Very confusing directions to pick up and they ended up leaving me. Not a great way to start my first trip to Ireland.
Hi Gail, Thank you for your feedback. Our driver has expected you for over 1 hour. He was located just in front of your terminal waiting for you. You've communicated to us that you still had to do different optional things while the driver expected you.
We were so grateful that the driver waited for us since it took quite a while for us to get through customs. The drive from the airport to our hotel went smoothly as well, Great job!Great
This is not a transportation company. They simply call you a cab. They charge over $100 for a trip that cost $42. Impossible to deal with or get a hold of. Not pleased.

First of all, the rating I gave is for the bait an switch that took place. Our driver Sam was great. He was very friendly polite and extermly helpful. my issue is I booked a larger vehicle and paid that price to accomodate our luggage. what we ended up with is a small car with Sam sturggling to fit all the luggage in. my wife ended up sitting with the luggage in the back seat!! not acceptable. will not use again.
