Really enjoyed the tours of both locations, plus the added knowledge of the walk between the two locations made it more enjoyable.
The tour was fantastic!!! We learned so much about both places and our tour guide was awesome!!! Highly recommend it
Jameson experiens was a nice complete tour with of course tasting of wiskey’s. Between the two experiences (the Guiness too) we walked from one to the other and our lovely tour guid(for the complete tour) Anna told us a lot of things about Dublin, Ierland and ofcours the history of the two drinks, Jameson and Guiness. Anna did a good job. We recommend her. Then de Guiness experience is almost overwelming so big and compleet it is. Ending with your big pint of Guiness in your hand on the seventh floor, having a amazing view over Belfast.
Our tour guide, Martin Drew, met us in the Jameson Distrillery courtyard. This tour includes both Jameson Distillery and Guinness Store House. Martin walks you through each location and helps you experience the best part of each location. The walk between Jameson and Guinness is a nice pace and our tour guide gave us a great deal of history about Dublin. It was a great tour full of fun and facts.
Anna was an excellent guide! We had a fantastic time. We would recommend this tour to anyone. Thanks
If I could give the company who ran this tour zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I can't even review the actual tour because we never had the chance to take it. The original tour I booked was canceled, and the company offered what they called an "upgrade." However, they failed to provide the correct meeting location. We went to the location listed in the instructions they sent us, only to find out it was wrong. By the time we learned the actual meeting point, we would have missed more than half of the tour. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told, "Sorry, but we sent you the information." After providing screenshots proving the information they sent was incorrect, they initially offered only a small refund. It took numerous phone calls, emails, and far more time than anyone should have to spend while on vacation before they finally refunded 75% of the cost. Given that the missed tour was entirely due to their mistake, a full refund should have been issued immediately. When you're on vacation, you expect the companies you book with to be organized, customer-focused, and willing to make things right when they make a mistake. That was not my experience with this company.
Dear Lorrie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to read about your experience and completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly while you were on vacation. We take comments such as yours very seriously and are currently investigating exactly what happened regarding the meeting point information you received. If incorrect meeting instructions were sent, we sincerely apologise for the confusion this caused. Our goal is always to provide clear and accurate joining instructions so that our guests can enjoy their experience without unnecessary stress. We also understand your frustration with the amount of time you had to spend following up on the matter. That is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have. Our team is reviewing the sequence of events, including the tour change, the communications that were sent, and the meeting location information, so that we can establish exactly what occurred and ensure that any necessary improvements are made to prevent this from happening again. We will be in contact with you shortly once we have a full understanding of what happened. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for your patience while the matter is being reviewed. Guest feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our operations, and we are committed to learning from every situation. Kind regards, The LetzGo City Tours Team
Fergus was very knowledgeable and made both stops very enjoyable. Our group of 9 with ages from 23 to 62, really enjoyed the day.
We had the best time learning about the history and process of both distilleries. Our guide, Sean, was knowledgeable and very engaging! Great storyteller and expert! Walking through each place felt unreal and we will never forget this experience!
Sean was a great guide, both tours were very good. The only issue we had was the lack of communication in the tour description about how much walking was required. Being our first time in Ireland, we didn’t feel adequately prepared for that part. The guide was great but the experience was greatly diminished by the amount of walking required.
A great tour. Expect a lot walking. Don’t forget to use your voucher to get your free beer at the end of the tour.
