Punctual and good communication
We missed our connecting flight and were delayed a day. We were accommodated for the next day, no problem. They were on time for both our arrival at the airport and departure from Princess. Both drivers were incredibly kind and cordial. They told us about landmarks and native plants on our drives. I highly recommend these guys.
The driver was on time and professional. Brought us straight to our resort and offed us to be our guide later in the week to go shopping and visit the beaches and Ricks Cafe. Highly recommended
Our drivers were so nice and clean cars
The driver to our resort (Craig) and the driver back to the airport (Antoine) were both very friendly. The vehicles were nice and very clean. Craig was waiting for us just outside of the airport with our name on a sign. He quickly got us on our way to the resort. He pointed out multiple interesting tidbits along the route to our resort. Antoine was just as accommodating on the return trip.
The drivers were very friendly and gave us a tour on the way to the resort showing us the area and good stories. They were waiting for us at the airport and came to pick us up on time at the resort. I would definitely recommend them and use them again on our next trip to Jamaica.
Each driver was on time, very nice and professional. Communication was super easy through Whatsapp. On the way to the resort the driver let us stop to pick up some supplies and recommend where to go. The drive was about 1 hour and 10 mins and they gave us knowledge/history of Jamaica on the way. very pleased and would definitely recommend!
The drivers were great! They were all very friendly and told us all about the parts of the island we were driving through, including history, current happenings, plants and animals, things to do that they recommended, etc. All pick ups and drop offs were easy, including communication ahead of time for scheduling them. We needed to stop for some supplies on the way from the airport to where we were staying, and our driver recommended the best places to do so, and took us right there! About 1/2 way to our destination, our car started making a noise and our driver had to pull over. He called another driver that showed up in less than 10 minutes to take us the rest of the way. Better safe than sorry, and the transition was very professional and fast. We will definitely use this transportation service again!
