Su anfitrión le ayudará a recuperar su equipaje y lo acompañará a la sala de llegadas. Disfrute de conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, aperitivos y bebidas, refrescarse en el baño privado. Cuando esté listo, lo acompañarán al transporte que ha organizado. Salón de Salida (no aplicable a la Llegada) : Después de facturar su vuelo, vaya a la cabina de información de Club Mobay, junto a seguridad e inmigración. Check-in para su acceso al salón y disfrute de un servicio acelerado a través de la seguridad y la inmigración. El salón de salidas Club Mobay se encuentra junto a la Puerta 12. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Jamaica pay for this service. It's affordable and just to see your name on the placard is even more exciting. Your guide will stay with you all the way to custom, luggage pick up whatever hotel arrival room or destination desk service that will pick up and also to Club Mobay. I have never had a bad experience. Very friendly and professional service. I went back and paid for departure service since I had only paid for arriva. Immaculate service all the way. But don't take my word for granted, try it for yourself.
The food was good and service was great. Waited until my flight was in the final stages of boarding. Only thing that would have made it an amazing experience is if I had a menu of the bar options.
Our meet and greet person was excellent and made the check in process very easy. however we chose not to enter into club mobay as we had been traveling since 2 am. The young lady at club mobay was very rude and almost demanded that we go into mobay. After out guide expressed we did not want to she reluctantly took us to meet our private transportation who was scheduled and knew our flight info. The departure experience was worth the money. Everyone from start to finish was exceptionally nice, welcoming and warm and the food was great.

Highly recommend. It was an easy peasy process and quick through security, and then voila, we were in the lounge relaxing, eating, and some drinks before our flight.

We have traveled to Jamaica many times and have always used MoBay. It makes the travel so easy for our large family vacation. All greeters were excellent and the club service superb. Will never visit without this great option!

It’s nice area to relax before flight wasn’t impressed with the “buffet” the waitress took forever to bring drinks went to bar myself and that’s only deal it’s open bar

Its worth it if u have a long layover in MBJ. There is a wide variety of food to choose from and the staff are very friendly and accommodating .
