First time in Jamaica and I loved it. I loved the service my tour guide made me feel very comfortable in Jamaica. He showed me around and also never left my side. Always had. A great attitude toward me. Also he picked me up in a nice luxury car which had AC and water inside. I love this company 10/1000000. I’m coming back too Jamaica soon and will be booking with aktiv transfer again!
My experience with the transfer from the airport to my hotel was invisible! I booked two reservations, which both were canceled leaving me at the airport looking for other transportation. I would never book this company again and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for adding them as a source.!
Well, I’m very sorry to hear that but if you’re ride was canceled, it was for a main reason our main cost right you do not need to say these things or write these embarrassing things. It has to be a reason why your flight was canceled and not completed because a lot of times you guys make mistakes on booking the airport and the correct transportation from the airport to your hotel because a lot of times you guys think it’s located in Montego Bay and when we do reach out to you guys to confirm and explain to you, we either are not getting you on the phone. You’re not returning the messages under Taxes are notification we sent you so we have to go ahead and do what is best to make sure we keep the company go have a very sorry for the experience and what happened well, I can assure you that would have been a reason either of you not responding or confirming your transportation to resort

The drivers were waiting on us to arrive at the airport and were all very friendly and informative. They made us feel welcome and we appreciated that! The only issue I had was I picked Montego Bay hotels and should have picked Falmouth for Ocean Coral Spring, but they reached out and got it fixed before hand.
Driver was on time and friendly. The car was comfortable and clean. The drive from our hotel to the airport was smooth and easy. Would hire again for future trips.
If you’re looking for a reliable driver in Jamaica, I can’t recommend him enough! I originally booked him just for airport transportation, but after seeing how professional, friendly, and dependable he was, I ended up using him for the entire trip. He made sure we got everywhere safely, was always on time, and even checked in with us every night to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything. He was knowledgeable about the area, gave great recommendations, and made getting around completely stress-free. If I return to Jamaica, he will definitely be my first call. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our vacation so memorable!

Driver never arrived, waited over an half an hour. Just kept being told driver was stopped by Police. Requested a refund then radio silence. Horrible service. Better off just getting a taxi once you arrive.
The thing that I don’t understand with a lot of you guess you’re making it seems like where some AI‘s or real robots or we’re not humans like things can’t naturally happen. The cops stopped the driver the day and they gave him a ticket because of where he had parked waiting on you guys a lot of times you guys think as soon as you come to the airport and arrive and come out, the driver is gonna be Present or be there. The driver cannot be there because at the end of the day if he’s just parked outside, the cops aren’t gonna give him a ticket and tow the truck away so most times we try to wait until Guest comes out and let them stand out front and then offer the driver to make sure he present Self wants to guess or outside and stand out front because we try to secure envy, avoiding the inconvenience that can happen. We do understand your frustration and we do understand that it is a company that you’re looking for the best service from but you have to understand where all human beings things do happen out of our control a lot of times we try to control things and we cannot. We just try to make the best and try to fix whatever issue or situation is occurring at the time. Sorry for the inconvenience and please next time note that we had refunded you back the funding for the transportation and everything so you do not need to come here and post cam or post a certain thing trying to let the company look bad. I specifically called and explain to you what was occurring and happened in the day and you said it was OK so why would you come back here now trying to make it seems like someone had misled you or someone took something from you and you never got it in return you had received your refund which you had provided for the transportation to your airport from the airport to your hotel and back and at the end of the day, you had the wrong service and we was trying to assist so next time, please detailed and explain a lot better so people can have an understanding what had took place?

This was without a doubt the most amazing seamless experience from start to finish. Andre was there every step of the way, I experienced a last minute flight change and he was still able to accommodate me, he was very timely, he made sure we experienced Jamaica on a top tier level, he accompanied us at every stop and made sure we received the best customer service, I will definitely recommend this service to anyone and will definitely be using him again on my next trip
