- A su llegada, después de salir de Inmigración y Aduanas, por favor salga de la terminal a través de la primera puerta a la derecha (junto a Island Car Rental). Una vez fuera, gire a la derecha y camine hacia los baños. El saludador estará parado detrás de la barricada a la izquierda de los baños, frente a Sixt Car Rental, sosteniendo un cartel que dice BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS (por favor, no busque su nombre). - Los traslados de salida se programan aproximadamente 2.5 horas antes de la hora de salida de su vuelo, según los detalles que proporcione al hacer la reserva. Le enviaremos un mensaje a su correo electrónico con su hora exacta de recogida el día antes de su salida. - ¿No ves tu hotel o lugar de recogida en el menú desplegable? Intenta escribir el nombre en la barra de búsqueda para ver si aparece. Si aún no aparece, por favor contáctenos antes de su viaje para confirmar si el servicio está disponible en su ubicación o concertar un punto de encuentro alternativo cercano. - El servicio de traslado privado de ida y vuelta solo está disponible si ha reservado la opción de ida y vuelta. Very professional, respectful, and timely. I traveled solo to a resort and booking a private transfer ahead of time with Byrons was essential! I will definitely use this service in the future when I come back to Jamaica!
Our flight was delayed by 3 hours out of Charlotte. Byron’s group kept track and were still there once I arrived. I even had to add an extra person once we landed and for a small fee it wasn’t a problem. The people who helped us were very nice!

We had an amazing experience using Bryon Tours for our roundtrip airport transportation in Jamaica. Both transfers were seamless, stress-free, and punctual.The vehicles were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our driver, Akeel, was absolutely phenomenal! He was incredibly engaging, friendly, and shared so much fascinating history and local insight along the drive. We just returned from a long weekend in Montego Bay. We stayed at the S hotel, which was lovely. I booked Transfer prior to the trip just to ensure that I had to wait to get there and go back to the airport. Yesterday was our return. Our flight was on major delay. I tried to contact the Transfer company to let them know since I did not want to be picked up at the designated time as I was not willing to sit in the airport for a long amount of hours. The woman whose name I cannot remember, but I believe she basically runs the Company was very nice and was willing to send another driver at a later time, even though the booking will specifically say that you are not allowed to make any changes same day of travel. I believe the reason she was so accommodating was the fact that I advised her that my Hotel was a bit shocked that I paid $50 for four people when in fact, the airport is five minutes away and they were willing to get me a taxi for $20 for four people. So the only downside to all of this is the price. I was unaware of how much it cost to get to and from the airport, but it is much cheaper if you go through your hotel versus booking it like this the way I did. I did mention it to the woman on the customer service line at this Transfer company, and she certainly was willing to accommodate based on my explanation that we pretty much paid a very premium fee. Other than that, the driver was very friendly and helpful and overall again, if you know how to book on your own and do some DIY then I would suggest you have your hotel help you get a local taxi, especially when an airport is literally almost a walkable distance like mine was. So I’m conflicted on the rating because again they were nice and they were willing to accommodate and resend a driver which they usually would not do, but I believe they did it in order to compensate for the premium fee I have paid.
We had such a good experience. Booking online was so smooth and the response time was good. When we arrived we met with a guide and he called our vehicle. Our driver was very friendly. On our return the driver was on time in the lobby for our departure back to the airport from hotel, driver was very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a transfer to and from the airport to your hotel.
We used Byron’s transfers for transportation to and from the airport as well as a personal day in Montego Bay. We had very smooth experiences with each transfer. All the staff have great communication, professionalism, and gave us plenty of ideas and information about how to maximize our stay. We would be happy to use their services again.
