The pickup information was incomplete at the airport, and wasted about 45 minutes trying to find location - but did finally connect with the company / driver. However, the ride into Istanbul was 'Scary' - driver was tired, almost had a few accidents.

Why did you decide to wait 45 minutes before contacting us if you couldn't find the meeting point within the first 5-10 minutes? We strongly disagree about the driver. We reviewed the video - footage from inside the car and the driver drove you calmly the entire way, except for a few moments when he avoided accidents caused by other drivers for your safety. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to guess what exactly went wrong with your trip.
