Al llegar al Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, es fundamental conocer los puntos de encuentro establecidos para facilitar tu experiencia de viaje. - Terminal 2 Llegadas Nacionales "Welcome Bar". - Terminal 2 Llegadas Internacionales "Welcome Bar". - Terminal 3 en "Margaritaville Bar". - Terminal 4 en "Welcome Bar". Se permite un tiempo máximo de espera de 60 minutos desde el aterrizaje del avión en la programación original del vuelo. En caso que no tengamos contacto (por falta de comunicación por parte del pasajeros, luego del tiempo reglamentario de espera , se procederá al "NO SHOW" lo que significa que no podrás acceder a los servicios previamente reservados. En el caso de vuelos demorados, tenemos un tiempo máximo de tolerancia de 60 minutos desde la programación original del vuelo. Si tu llegada se retrasa más de 60 minutos, se considerará un "no show", lo que significa que no podrás acceder a los servicios previamente reservados. La cancelación del vuelo por parte de la Aerolínea también sera considerada automáticamente como No show. Por otro lado, si optas por el servicio de traslado desde el hotel al Aeropuerto de Cancún , ten en cuenta que el tiempo máximo de espera en el lobby es de 05 minutos. Esto asegura una gestión rápida y eficiente para todos. Para garantizar que tu traslado sea exitoso, es recomendable estar atento a las indicaciones que te estaremos enviando por nuestro contacto de whathsapp y seguir los procedimientos establecidos. Recuerda que una buena planificación y conocimiento de los tiempos de espera pueden mejorar significativamente tu experiencia, permitiéndote disfrutar de tus vacaciones en el paradisíaco destino de Cancún y La Riviera Maya sin contratiempos. Es importante que tenga en cuenta: 1.- En caso no al llegar al Aeropuerto de Cancún y su teléfono no tenga conexión al red o no tenga wifi, le recomendamos conectarse al la red de wifi del aeropuerto para que podamos tener comunicación con usted. 2.- Debe tener descargado WhatsApp en su teléfono, es el único medio por le cual tendremos comunicación con usted.

- Es importante: 1.- Una vez que estés en la sala de espera para abordar el avión, nos avise para saber que el vuelo está a tiempo (seguimos monitoreando el vuelo).
- 2.- Cuando usted llegue al Aeropuerto de Cancun y este en espera de equipaje, por favor debe avisarnos para permitir el ingreso de la unidad al area de plataforma.
- 3.- Ubique la puerta de salida correcta, puedes preguntar cual es la salida donde se encuentra la Van o Agencias de Transportes.
- 4.- En este punto pueden ubicar a nuestro personal o conductor con nuestro logotipo y/o su nombre.
