Very convenient and Super easy instructions to get to the meeting point, rep contacted driver, a few minutes wait and we were led straight to the waiting car. Made for a simple transfer from a long flight, direct to our hotel. Traffic is heavy getting in to old town, but having the private car was so easy. Car was possibly a bit older than expected , but clean and comfortable.

Great communication and very worry free process. Great driver who wanted us to feel very welcome in Istanbul.

Flexible driver due to time change in pickup was appreciated in transiting from the Port to the Airpirt

Given clear instructions for where to find the team upon arrival as soon as I booked. Very communicative and efficient. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and comfortable and driver very friendly, translating about the city for us. Will use again for the return transfer and future trips :)

Driver was good . But the car was so dirty outside!!! Disgusting and it was very very strong diesel or gas smell inside the car- I made the driver open all windows because I felt sick from that strong diesel fuel smell

Communication has been excellent. Small wait time at pickup. The driver was warm and informative. Overall, a pleasant experience.

On time. Polite. Precise. Helpful. Good car. We were provided with very good instructions on how to find the services upon exit from customs (Istanbul airport is really massive and the provider sent in advance video instructions, photos and text descriptions which were clutch). Very good communication. They also asked if we wanted to arrange a return (of course, smart business, which we did) and they gave us a discount (smart business, which we appreciated). Check your hotel address and makes sure the driver knows where to pick you up / drop you off exactly because certain parts of Istanbul are like a termite nest and quite difficult to access with a big limo van. This doesn’t matter much if you DON’T have lots of heavy luggage and/or if your mobility is good. But if you have expeditionary style suitcases (we did, the gods help us!) or if grandma is with you, plan accordingly, give the driver ample time (Istanbul traffic can be weird at rush hour) and your WhatsApp number if you feel comfortable.

Great experience. From the moment of booking all the way to the completion of the trip there were no issues. There was good and constant communication. Highly recommend and Will book with again having the chance.

Deniz and his team were excellent. We had one group transfer from the airport into Istanbul and then 4 individual transfers back to the airport. All were carried out efficiently with most transports arriving early. The communication was first rate, wth Deniz a) checking that all ok and b) keeping me up to date. My whole group enjoyed the experience and made me look like a transport legend for organising it all, so thanks for that too Deniz. Will be in touch next time we are in Istanbul. Cheers
