Kenroy was absolutely amazing! From the moment he picked us up, his communication was excellent and he made us feel comfortable right away. The ride to the resort was not only smooth but also incredibly informative. He shared so much about Jamaica, answered all of our questions, and kept us engaged the entire trip. By the end of the ride, it honestly felt like we were talking to family. His warm personality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our experience unforgettable. Every time I visit Jamaica, I will definitely be booking with Kenroy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and exceptional service!

We arrived at the airport earlier than scheduled and our driver was there waiting for us. He was very nice and gave us some facts about the island as we drove to the hotel. The van was equipped with seat belts and clean.

Kenroy was such a big help to me and my family during our recent trip to Jamaica. He was so responsive and accommodating during our whole stay which truly was a big help to us. Kenroy as well as the other driver who helped us during our stay were so kind. We will definitely be booking with them again on our next trip to Jamaica.

Kenroy made our ride one to remember as he is an excellent tour guide. He was able to give personal insight on attractions, eateries, places of interest and the overall lay of the land. Wherever you wanted to go or whatever you wanted to purchase while in Jamaica, Kenroy was there to assist. He made the trip from the airport seem like it was your vehicle and he was just the driver here to serve. When we inquired about patties Kenroy told us about Scotchies and we stopped there on the way to the resort and Juici’s Patties on the ride back to the airport; he was right on the money, Scotchies had the best chicken patties that we have ever tasted and Juici’s had mega patties which were like a Jamaican cheeseburger….. absolutely delicious! On our ride back to the airport my wife saw he had a Bob Marley bag in his front seat. She asked if she could purchase it from him and without hesitation he said yes! They negotiated a fair price and he removed his items from the bag like “yeah man” no big deal as he could purchase another one. This is just one example of how much Kenroy embraces servicing his customers. He was very personable, friendly and punctual. What more can you ask for? We will always contact him in the future when we visit Jamaica as he brings the vibes of the country and treated us like family. Big UP to Kenroy!! Also shoutout to Anthony who took us on nearly a two hour ride to the Hospiten (hospital). He had an immaculate vehicle with great smells and the ride was pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. So much so that I actually fell asleep on the way there. His music playlist had us cruising and we have some new artists that we listen to as a result. Much respect to my new found friends Kenroy and Anthony!

Tonio was excellent! He was waiting for us outside in the taxi area and had a sign with our name on it so we could find him. We had great conversation and made a stop for us to get coconut water from the coconut tree. Highly recommend!
