arranged service for a 10 am pickup to have us at airport for 1130 from 1015 we called and were to get an immediate call back. instead at 1030 I had to call again to be told driver will be with us at 11 am. IE 1 HR late. no apology no nothing. just deal with it. I was pretty upset and reiterated our need to catch a flight and asked what happened I was told it was an operational issue or something such nonsense and not to worry they would guarantee we would be there in time for our fight. driver eventually arrived and drove like the devil, scaring all of us but did get us there close to the original time (about 20-25 mins late) this included going in opposite lane and passing people. almost getting in a car accident and what not. he also got lucky that the route when we arrived took 90 minutes was much faster for the return journey. when I asked the driver why he was late he told me mate pickup the night before. the operator is one i would not use again. they had also picked us up when we arrived and is walk off the property with all luggage to get to their car. which was insanity. the kicker is a grab would have been 25 USD and we played over 100 USD for this service. never again
The driver was fine but the car was very old and dirty and the air conditioning was not working. This was more than 1.5 hours ride for us each way and with the weather it was hot in the car and uncomfortable for us and the kids.
Fantastic experience. The driver Mr. Bodi sent me a msg previous day, arranged for exact time of puckup and location. He arrive 30 mins before, so we could leave early. He was s great and very smooth driver. Absolutely wonderful experience.
