- Salimos del BAR DE BIENVENIDA ubicado en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún dentro de la terminal número 2 de vuelos domésticos en el área de llegada. debe estar al menos 10 minutos antes de la hora de salida.
- ¿Cómo llegar a la Terminal 2 nacional? Si aterriza en una terminal diferente, hay un servicio de traslado interno gratuito que sale cada 20 minutos a otras terminales una vez que llegue a la terminal 2 doméstica junto a la puerta número 8 hay un acceso con un guardia de seguridad, debe mostrarle su reserva de transporte y él le permitirá ingresar a la sección de llegadas de la terminal, camine recto hasta que vea la barra de bienvenida. es importante que sepa que no podemos recogerlo en otra terminal, intente llegar a tiempo, solo esperamos 10 minutos después de nuestra hora de salida. si tienes poco tiempo puedes contratar un taxi de terminal a terminal para que te lleve a nuestro punto de encuentro. no somos responsables de los retrasos en los vuelos.

Our driver Olivier was terrific. So friendly and helpful and helped us with the ferry getting our tickets. He drove carefully and missed most of the bumps!
Great communication on WhatsApp before the trip. A little more communication from the drivers as to what shuttle we’re supposed to board would be nice, but it is what it is. Fast, fun, scenic drive through small towns on the way to the Holbox ferry. Definitely will use them again!
Oliver was knowledgeable and had interesting facts about Holbox. He was pleasant and we had a great conversation throughout the trip.
So cramped and uncomfortable. We are taking Ado back, rather than thus uncomfortable ride. My husband's back hurt for days after.
Our driver was not named Mario Andretti but that's what I'm calling him. He knew the backroads, avoided potholes and we slid in sideways a few minutes before the ferry departure. Awesome trip. I am a very nervous passenger but I just went with the flow. Good communication, recommend using them.
Excellent shuttle service from Cancun Airport to Holbox Beach! Communication was great from the moment I booked, and the entire process was smooth and well organized. I felt safe throughout the journey, and the drivers were professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. If you arrive at the Cancun airport in a terminal other than terminal two, be careful when taking the shuttle to terminal two. While waiting for the shuttle, we were approached by somebody who looked official and said that it was not possible to take the shuttle to the other terminal. It turned out that was a scam just trying to get us to pay for a taxi ride.
Shuttle was on time, clean and most importantly had air conditioning. Our driver Diego is very nice and friendly 10 out of 10!
