The communication regarding the pickup location was not good at all. No driver was waiting for us when we picked up our bags, so I had to ask a stranger to call the tour operator for him to finally show up and still not communicate. The return trip was completely opposite whereas the driver was on time, communicated clearly, and the ride was smooth.

Our driver was awesome. Really enjoyed having a female driver. She was patient with flight delays. Safe and quick drive from airport to resort.

We would like to highlight the professionalism and quality of the Service of two waiters from the Westin Hotel Lobby Bar, namely: Maximo Rivera and Rigoberto Morán are lovely. They're really special, they make you feel at home. Our score is the highest, thank you Maximo and Rigoberto.

it was safe but averge because of the language barrier comunication was poor so company need to see how best they can fix that

Alexander was great. He gave us a history of everything we drove through, not just a mere ride from the airport. We are hoping he is our driver for our trip back to the airport.
