** Recogida en el aeropuerto:** A su llegada, recoja su equipaje y diríjase a la sala de llegadas. Su conductor espera fuera de la terminal en el área de recogida de Transporte Terrestre con un cartel que muestra un logotipo naranja de Mérida Travel Experience. Por favor presente su confirmación o identificación con fotografía al recogerlo. Su transporte estará listo exactamente 30 minutos después de la hora de aterrizaje del vuelo y puede esperar hasta 60 minutos después de la hora de aterrizaje del vuelo. Llegadas: Si por casualidad, encuentra algún problema para localizar a su conductor, vaya al área principal de transporte terrestre. ** Recogida en el hotel:** Su hora exacta de recogida será confirmada un día antes de la salida de su vuelo, su conductor le recibirá en el vestíbulo de su hotel. Por favor presente su confirmación o identificación con fotografía al recogerlo. Por favor, prepárese y espere unos minutos antes de la hora de recogida confirmada, los conductores solo pueden esperar un máximo de 20 minutos después de la hora de recogida confirmada.

The company cancelled our airport transfer à day in advance. We had to find alternate transportation with short notice.
Paid service and they never showed up to pick us up and made it very difficult for us because wasn’t expecting that. We had to pay additional for other service to get to our destination
This was the worst transportation company to use!!! Never showed up to pick us up at the airport. Tired to call them and text no response!! Had to order an Uber after a long travel day from Texas to come get us at 10:00pm. After waiting an hour and half for our booked and confirmed appointment for transportation.

Be ready for the driver. The driver was a great and polite . He stopped for two old ladies trying to cross the street. That was very kind of him.

On time, no accidents, drove at a good speed, no close calls
Cancelled the evening before the transfer with no alternativ given. Transfer from Merida airport then became complicated.

Great communication back and forth we had delays and they were there right on time also learned a lot about the city on our ride to the hotel.
