They made us wait over 30 minutes until the van was fill out when we paid for a private pick up, plus once we got going the driver was speeding, which we felt unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable.
The shuttle was a little crowded but we all fit and made it. Met some great people, but it could have been a little less crowded.
I paid for a private transfer but instead we had 2 other drop offs before we got to our resort. We checked in with the transport people at the airport but then they forgot about us until I asked them 20 minutes later if we were going soon.
Easy airport transfer. Booked online before we left and they were ready when we arrived. Also inexpensive.

Pickup from the airport was fine. However, after booking the return trip to the airport at the hotel, nobody showed up at the scheduled time! We ended up taking a taxi which was cheaper.

A very good experience using this shuttle service. They were waiting right outside the terminal in the pink and white shirts and directed us to the shuttle. Will definitely use them again in the future.

MTX was waiting for us just outside the airport. Within 10 mins we were on our way in the shared van. We were staying on the north side and had only 2 stops along the way. Ride was short and pleasant. Our driver was very nice and courteous. Would recommend and would use this service again. Best of all it was only $9 per person!

Do not book. I repeat. Do not book. We waited at Cozumel airport for over an hour, they reply to our first message informing us of who to look for. That person was nowhere to be found. We continue waiting and the company stop replying to us. No one showed up. After an hour of waiting we had to take alternative transportation. We initiated a refund request which they denied and I had to escalate with TripAdvisor who finally agreed to refund.

We walked out met the ladies in n the white and pink polo shirts and 5 minutes later we were in a private car to our hotel!
