Paseo costero por la ciudad de norte a sur, descubriendo sus actividades económicas, sus atractivos mas importantes, su historia, todo contado por un guía local.
Nos detendremos en este lugar para apreciar la vista panorámica más alta de la ciudad, un lugar único donde las banderas representativas de Puerto Madryn flamean con orgullo, simbolizando la rica historia y diversidad de nuestra región. Aquí también tendrán la oportunidad de admirar el imponente Monumento al Indio Tehuelche, un homenaje a las culturas originarias que habitaron estas tierras y cuyo legado aún vive en nuestra identidad. Este mirador no solo es un lugar lleno de historia, sino también un espacio para conectar con el paisaje y la esencia de Puerto Madryn desde las alturas.
Recorriendo la costanera sur, llegamos a Punta Este, un mirador panorámico que nos permite apreciar con la marea baja el majestuoso barco Folias , permitiéndonos conocer su rica historia. La belleza del lugar y el viento patagónico nos hacen sentir parte del paisaje. Desde allí observaremos la geografía clásica de Patagonia llamadas RESTINGAS y playas empedradas.
Esta reserva es la primera y más antigua de nuestra provincia. Allí, los lobos marinos, tanto machos como hembras y crías, viven todo el año, permitiéndonos conocer los nuevos cachorros cada temporada. Variedad de aves conviven con los leones marinos, su vegetación y su fauna nos invitan a disfrutar de un ambiente agradable, sencillo y de fácil recorrido.
Continuando 3 km mas de la lobería de Punta Loma hacia el sur, se encuentra el CERRO AVANZADO, un imponente mirador donde encontramos vistas impresionantes de la reserva. Allí podrán subir un pequeño cerro de dificultad baja y observar la geografía del fondo del mar única en la zona, pensado para todas la edades. Vivirán la Patagonia de una manera diferente , entre su vegetación esteparia, sus cerros arcillosos y una opción única de disfrutar de un picnic con empanadas caseras y vinos regionales conectados con el lugar.

We booked late Tuesday for a Wednesday morning trip. Rodrigo met us at the end of the pier. As there was only 2 of us we had a car and our guide was Juan. We did a tour of the town and south beaches, including various monuments, Juan was very informative. We stopped for a snack and drink on a lovely beach. Our last stop was Punta Loma where we saw the seal lions. Highly recommend and reasonably priced, and nothing was rushed!

A great tour of the town, it's industry, history and fabulous secluded beaches. And, DON'T forget the sea lions. Our guide, Juan was incredibly knowledgeable and, being a local, could tell us all the personal information that you don't normally get on a big tour. Oh, and how could I forget the empanadas!

We went on an excursion on February 11. Roberto, our guide, did a wonderful job. Despite the strong wind, we made all the planned stops. The viewpoint where we observed elephant seals was very convenient, and it was possible to take stunning photos. The next stop was especially impressive: we climbed one of the nearby hills (wear sneakers, as the ascent and descent can be slippery) and saw a breathtaking view of Patagonia. Afterwards, we had lunch with Malbec and the most delicious homemade empanadas prepared by Roberto and his wife. We recommend this trip. Thank you Katerina and George

Excellent tour for those coming in on cruise ships. Our guide met us at the pier holding a sign with our name so meeting up with him was seamless. Our ship was late getting in but I was able to communicate with our guide in advance and he was extremely accommodating. We saw the city’s highlights without the crowds of a busy bus and learned the history of this beautiful town. Our guide even brought homemade empanadas and a bottle of Malbec for a picnic lunch at the gulf - and insisted we take the leftovers with us (nearly a dozen!) It was a relaxing day, our car was comfortable, our driver was safe, and both made us feel extremely welcome.
