Too many program points in too short a time. Everything actually make impossible, unless you are half the day in the car and only very briefly in the respective places. The safari is good, the park is tidy and has a lot to discover. Unfortunately, we could only do the park, as it already takes a lot of time.
Absolutely amazing experience. We did the tour on a quad with alan our guide. He made the tour ever better cracking jokes helping get close to the animals and amazing pictures. Would highly recommend.
An interesting experience. The driver/guide arrived on time with a superb, spacious car. A good view over Trou aux Cerfs and the city. A magnificent park, Casele Nature Parks. Excellent time with the driver/guide (Sohorye). I recommend it.
Jameel was amazing really friendly and a great driver, adjust the trip as my husband has a disability. Casela was great especially the tortoises. I highly recommend this trip and Jameel thank you.
My wife and I booked this tour for Monday 15 th September. At 8 am that morning we received a message to say tour was cancelled because of accident. We re booked tour for 16 th September at 830am. The driver did not arrive until 915 am The tour itself is simply not worth the money. The park is really run down. The toilets would only be suitable for the animals. We have successfully booked many tours throughout the world with viator but this one was totally very much overpriced. An allowance of 4£ each for lunch in kfc sums it up.
Greetings from beguided tours, we apologise for the experience, however on monday, after our driver met with an accident 200metres near your hotel we gave you 3 choice Namely a full refund, pick-up at 9hr30 with 2 hour overtime(till 6 pm) on monday itself OR the same tour for next day ; to which you chose the next day. Its true that due to the moosoon heavy-rain fall(same reason for the accident)our driver came a bit late at the hotel but we informed you about the current road situation and also told you that you can take your time up till 7 pm if needed. You said its fine. All activities that we provide during this tour has been completed with you even tipping our driver as per our dashcam footage . The lion feeding is not included and mentioned in our package. Our driver did told us that this activity was not available and you were not pleased with it, but its not our fault nor do we promote this activity in our package. As for the lunch , you did not want pizza or anything from Cascavelle Food Corner experience,(as mentioned in our package) , on your requests you were brought to kfc. You took 2 meals which costed 9.70 £ total. Had you ordered something else, the fees would have been covered and our driver did informed you and you said you were full with 1 lunch burger meal per person. I am really sorry for the experience but we did our best to follow everything mentioned. We do have a very strong and good reputation for this specific tour.AND because the tour was rescheduled on tuesday due to the car accident and its our fault, we have refunded you 20%. This is a chance to get up close and personal with the animals. If you have not experienced a safari this is a miniature experience with ample opportunities to pet or feed a wide variety of animals. Simply amazing.

The trip was good. Our driver Lux arrived half an hour early. He re- scheduled the itenary so we could able to see much more. Only negative thing is the Casela park reached closing time and attractions begined to close. If you want to do more and see , you should visit in the morning. The other thing is the driver is a bit pushy to stop at some shops. Otherwise it was a good trip.

Very long tour. Pizza was good with good options, very hot and crowded. I recommend to those having a good sense of view for animals. Driver sindy was very interesting person
