This is a lovely small-group tour that introduces the traveler not only to the highlights of Ulaanbaatar, but the history and culture of Mongolia. This is the kind of tour that would be ideal towards the beginning of one's Mongolian travels, as the presentation will help with foundational knowledge of the country. Manduul is an excellent guide who knows his history. It was a joy to just be able to talk with him all day. He also covers airport transfers for a reasonable fee; be sure to ask him about it. I recommend this tour.

This private tour was amazing! I felt I was given plenty of details and history of the various places we visited but still at a good pace. So many lovely places to see as I explored Ulaanbaatar. Well worth booking this tour!

Our tour guide Manduul was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. He showed up early and spent more than 8 hours with us for a 5-8 hour tour. He didn’t just take us to museums and wait outside but he went in with us and explained the exhibits thoroughly for us. He spoke English extremely well and was very easy to understand his English. I would highly highly recommend him for this and any other tours he provides.

Manduul was a perfect guide and I’m fortunate and grateful to have had him show me the highlights of UlaanBataar. He was flexible and tailored the itinerary to my preferences, which is always so appreciated when you are travelling in your own. His knowledge of Mongolian history and culture was astounding and he brought the National Musuem to life for me. I was so impressed at the depth of his understanding and his ability to answer any question I may have had. My guide was very informative about the main sights of the city. He spoke excellent English, which was a great help with the tour around the city's museum. He even took me to change some money and a bit of souvenir shopping.

I am in Mongolia with a tour company but had a day to myself before anything started with the tour. So I wanted to do a tour of things in the city that I wasn't doing with my tour. My guide was excellent he is very flexible and we spent a wonderful day learning about The Mongolian culture exploring museums monuments temples , etc.

Mandu did an excellent job showing us Ulaanbaatar and teaching us about Mongolian history. He is laid back, easy to talk to, and entertaining. We had a nice day. I would highly recommend.
