No show. They get two stars for a fast refund, but given we had four days in Panama, having them bail was not great. They did send a message that they thought the pickup was at 8:30 ... but it was an all-day tour. No sale.
Trip was cancelled without my permission, and no response or reason from the tour operator. I found out the morning of the tour.
We are very sorry we had to cancel your tour at the last minute. The guide had a car accident and we had no other guides available. You received a full refund for your troubles. Once again, very very sorry and believe us it is our first time, as you can see from our reviews we are very responsable and have 5 stars most of the time. Things happen, sorry it had to happen to you,
We got to see so much of Panama and learn about its history and culture. Our guide was awesome. Friendly, accommodating, and informative. It was a perfect day.
Very friendly and helpful guide. Enjoyed seeing the big ships in the canal. Traffic is a draw back - but that is not something the guide can control.

Carlos took me and my 5 friends on a two day tour, he was so sweet, kind,attentive to all of our needs, patient, knowlagable, we loved spending time with him, and he truly showed us all of Panama City and surrounding in the best way possible
