Tour operator confirmed tour, but Appleton Estate was actually closed. Entire day wasted. Spent 5 hours in the minibus driving around the island. Your operator should have confirmed opening hours of Appleton Estate prior confirming tour with customers.
Hi Chris We are very sorry you did not get to do the tour because of the holiday. When we make the reservation for you they did not inform us that they are going to be closed. You said you spent 5 hours around the island remember YOU DID NOT PAY FOR THAT SERVICE because we gave you a FULL REFUND. So why are you complaining. We where the one that lost because we have to buy Gas and pay the driver you didn't consider that when you asked for a full refund. You don't have any conscience. Thank you again for booking with us. A day to remember!!!! It was a wonderful trip. Jovia was a great driver and a fantastic tour guide who made our day very special. Despite the long ride we felt very comfortable and safe. He even stopped at some local food/ fruit places to show us the REAL Jamaica. We couldn’t thank him enough for making our day unforgettable. Watching the process of squeezing the juices from the sugar canes. They used a donkey for the first demonstration then 2 volunteers in the tour group were asked to assist in the process. Great tour!
