We had a wonderful time on our trip with Lewis. He was an excellent tour guide and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great trip! We would highly recommend doing a tour with Lewis!!
This was a fantastic private tour with Lewis. It couldn’t have been better! He made sure we did everything we wanted to do and was very knowledgeable about Scottish history which made it informative as well as enjoyable.
Lewis’ tour was a phenomenal experience! His knowledge and passion of history is paired exquisitely with his real-time local experience and desire to serve the client. His single objective is the enjoyment of the client and his entire skill set supports that endeavor. He was the ONLY tour that would take our 1 and 5 year old children and he was patient and accommodating at every turn. There is no better experience to be had than an Anderson Tour!
Lewis was great. Very knowledgeable about Scottish history. Customize our tour to fit in more then advertised. We were a family of 6! Long day, lots of driving, but worth every minute. Ended with a Loch Lomand whiskey out of a bull horn! Delicious 😋 Highly recommend Lewis Anderson - Anderson Tours.
We had the best day. Lewis was spectacular in talking about history and fun favts along the way. Offered up tailored options for us and was just a joy to be around all day. Could not recommend him and this day trip enough.
Luis was great! He planned a great day for us. We got to see a lot of different sights and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.
Fabulous private tour!! Lewis, the owner of the company was extremely helpful in helping us customize our tour. Jock our tour guide was amazing, funny and full of so my knowledge and really added something special to our tour. It was a long day and he made it entertaining and educational. I highly recommend this tour
Our driver wouldn’t take us to Inverness or Loch Ness. he said it was too far. The tour is called Loch Ness with a stop in Inverness. It is false advertising provider to advertise otherwise. Very disappointed. Expensive for what we got.
Hi Joel, I Appreciate you taking my call to discuss your review a moment ago. As discussed Jamie stepped in so we would not have to cancel this tour due to unforseen circumstances. This is our first review that has not been 5 stars. Our tour description let's each group decide the route they want to go, many opt for Loch lomond or glencoe so as to be back in Edinburgh for a certain time. Your feedback is valued alot and any adjustments we make that are agreed with the groups will be placed in writing going forward as the guide stated he showed you an alternative route on the map which was agreed. As promised when you are back in Scotland I will personally take you on a Highland tour of Loch Ness and Inverness. We are connected on WhatsApp and via email now which is great. Have a lovely trip in Ireland 🇮🇪
The guide is always the difference between an ordinary experience and an unforgettable one. Louis was a friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He took great care of our family and even made the very long day magical for an easily bored five year old. Highly recommend the experience!
We had a private tour guide - Jock - who was amazing. He had a rich knowledge of Scottish history, a great sense of humor, great snacks ands a great playlist. We visited Pitlochry; a small beautiful Victorian town on our way to Inverness. We stopped at beautiful Loch Ness, the battlefield of Culloden and the stones that inspired Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series at Balnuaran at Clava. My family of five loved the entire excursion!!
