Our tour guide Robert was so knowledgeable and engaging. He knew so many facts about Edinburgh Castle and was funny in his retelling. He kept everyone riveted and remembered where everyone was from. Would 110% recommend this tour.
My family and I had an amazing experience learning the history of Edinburgh Castle. Davy our tour guide was amazing with learning everyone’s names and getting everyone to partake in answering questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the group to others who are looking to experience Edinburgh Castle.

Davey was totally awesome! Very knowledgeable. Excellent tour guide. Davie was working in tandem with another guide before the tour and he was able to track down other members of the tour that were not there yet. I would highly recommend this tour company.
Fun, informative, very interesting. Jack had a great sense of humor. To note: all up hill for first half and uneven ground. The guide does not take you into buildings but does tell you about them. You can go in the building after by yourself but you must plan to add an extra hour at least if you want to go in them since some have a queue. We didn't have time to wait in line for the crown jewels or the chapel dedicated to Saint Margaret.
David was very knowledgeable, I really enjoyed the tour and his expertise on the history that he told.
James is incredibly knowledgeable and was very entertaining at the same time. We learned a tremendous amount about the history of Castle Rock.
This experience is a must do in Edinburgh. Our guide James was sensational - both funny and informative with great insights into the history and the stories behind the history rather than the Hollywood versions. Simply amazing. Highly recommend.
Lots of walking including inclines which may be challenging for individuals needing assistance (cane, wheelchair). Tour guide was knowledgeable and humorous! Had a great time with her group.
