On December 31, 2026 with a group of friends my husband and I carried out with the authorized guide of Gianna Chiaretta a walking tour of Arezzo with a stop at: Duomo , Casa Vasari and San Donato for the duration of 2 hours . The experience was really good both for the beauty and the historical and artistic value of the places , both for the detailed and passionate description of Mrs. Gianna who with a wealth of details and curious anecdotes has always kept high attention on everything we admired.
Wonderful Arezzo experience- enjoyed by adults and kids. The kids learned a lot and found the tour thought-provoking!
Sarena was our guide. What a wealth of knowledge from ancient history to the present. She was very accommodating and generous with her time during our tour. So glad we signed up for this tour as we learned so much about the town. Thank you
A day with Sandra to know and appreciate the city of Arezzo. His skill, his enthusiasm, his sympathy, his professionalism won us over and made us fall in love with Arezzo! Thank you Sandra : we can not wait to admire and learn with you the things that we were not able to visit on this occasion. Thanks for everything and see you soon. Giangi
Laura was fantastic! Super enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Arezzo! She tailored the tour to our requests. Highly recommended!!!
We went with 11 family members from 18 to 80 and our guide was perfect! Warm, smart, fun, passionate, in love with Italy. Only problem we want to recommend her to others BUT we don't know her name sadly or information we think it may be Sarah. That was our first jet-lag day and we all thought others had taken her information. She also does tours of Florence. What a wonderful, lovely, delightful woman who gives it her all and then some. If someone from the office reads this pleaseee send me her info. Thank you soooooo much. Gracie. And it was affordable :))
Eleanora was fantastic! She tailored to the needs of my mother and aunt, careful to keep us shaded from the hot July sun! Her stories and details were amazing. She showed us an Arezzo we will never forget!
With a group of friends we spent the end of 2022 in Arezzo, visiting Anghiari, Cortona and Arezzo, led by Dr. Sandra Giusti, a licensed guide, who thanks to her preparation and passion made us appreciate the territory of the Province of Arezzo for its history, architecture, culture, traditions and not least for the food and wine excellence. Thank you Dr. Sandra for making this experience unforgettable. Giuseppe Coppola
Guided tour in the history of Arezzo! Thanks to a guided tour we had the opportunity to visit the "Cinderella of Tuscany .. which in this period turns into the. Christmas town .. with characteristic Tyrolean lights and markets. The tour guide through the escalators, very pretty, with frescoed walls... led us to the big square. First we visited externally and internally the cathedral which is a Gothic style cathedral with frescoes by Piero della Francesca and 7 French mosaics at the stained glass windows. We then observed the bishop's palace, the Ghibelline Priori Palace, the Petrarch's house, the well of Totano (mentioned in the novella of Decamerlne by Boccaccio), the Vasari loggias, the square where the Arezzo Palio takes place, the church of Santa Maria della Pieve where Vasari was baptized. Inside there is also a politician on gold by Lorenzetti of 1350, the church of Jesus, Church of San Domenico. Lastly, the Medici fortress decorated as the Fortress of Wonders and the Elves Park. It 'was taken the opportunity also x visit the Christmas craft market and Dell antiques present in the city .. Of note is the poster related to the film life is beautiful by Benigni that indicates a special route on the areas of the film set. A ride on the Ferris wheel ended the day in this ancient Tuscan city.
Carol provided us with a fun and informative tour. We enjoyed our visit and learn a lot about the history of Arezzo and also about art.
