Our family had a wonderful trip with Hama in this 2 in 1 excursion. Hama is very friendly, accommodative, and professional! Safety is always his priority. He is very thoughtful and plan the trip well and we would love to join his tour again in future! Snow shoeing is a brand new experience and we love it!
Dear Shu san, Thank you very much for your kind review! It was a real pleasure spending the day with your family exploring two of Nagano’s most iconic winter destinations. I’m very happy to hear that you enjoyed your first snowshoe experience. Walking through the quiet snowy forest around Togakushi is something very special in winter. I also really enjoyed the time with you and your family! You all have a wonderful sense of humor! Safety and making sure everyone hikes at a comfortable pace are always my priorities, so your words truly mean a lot to me. I hope you have many more wonderful adventures, and I would be very happy to guide you again if you return to Japan in the future. Warm regards, Hama
Hama was a great guide and made my trip in Nagano so much fun! This was my first time doing snow shoe hiking and I felt at ease and trusted Hama fully. He is very knowledgeable on where to walk and how to do it safely. He has a very fun and easy going personality. An extra bonus: He took a lot of photos of me and my friends! I would highly recommend this.

We recently went on a snowshoeing trip with Hama, and it was truly unforgettable! From the very beginning, the journey was filled with excitement, fun, and beautiful scenery. Hama’s professionalism and deep knowledge of Togakushi made the experience smooth, safe, and incredibly enjoyable. He shared fascinating insights that helped us appreciate the area even more. My family especially loved how warm, inclusive, and engaging he was throughout the trip. This experience was a highlight of our travels, and I highly recommend it to both beginners and experienced travelers.

Thank you again for choosing to spend your time with me. Warm regards, Hama
Our clients had an amazing experience exploring both the Snow Monkey Park and the snowshoeing tour. One of the most memorable moments was sharing time together in front of the Torii gates, which were beautifully buried under a deep layer of snow.
Had a great time with Hama and Yuki at Nagano for the day! The trip was well planned, we got to experience a lot in our short stay. They provided pick up and drop off service at the Nagano station. We went to see the Monkeys, had soba for dinner, and had a snow shoe experience afterwards. They are very professional and provided a lot of equipments for the snow shoe. Very nice guides and highly recommended!
